Margaret was prompt, pleasant and well versed in market opportunities and the history of our unit. Even though we were planning to list the unit in the future (i.e no present seller/realtor agreement), she spent considerable time in addressing our questions and concerns. When we proceed with the sale, Margaret will be our agent as we are comfortable in relying on her advice.

My experience with Margaret Kennedy was exceptional. She was everything one wants a realtor to be. We had several contracts on the same house and just when I thought all was lost, Margaret called with another deal. In the long run things worked out for me to purchase a house. She was never pushy, always patient, allowed me to process the situation and make a decision based on my own findings. She guided me along the entire process and helped with everything from A to Z. She still answers questions 14 mos later.
